Janet Mundy

Janet Mundy joined the University of Pittsburgh as the Administrative Coordinator for the Office of Engagement and Community Affairs (ECA) in April 2024. She provides administrative and logistical support for the ECA leadership team and the office at large.

Janet has worked in a variety of Administrative and Management roles including the healthcare and marine industries as well in a nonprofit professional organization. Janet is originally from Lawrenceville, but more recently spent many years living overseas in both Dubai and Qatar. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from Penn State and also holds a PA Real Estate License. Janet and her husband are the proud parents of three children, one of whom is a recent graduate of Pitt. When she is not working, she enjoys family time, reading and traveling.
