Pitt is providing supplemental waste pickups by Republic Service throughout Oakland on Friday, April 28 and Friday, May 5!
If you are an Oakland resident, you are encouraged to take advantage of these supplemental pickup days. Please follow regular refuse pickup procedures for the pickup dates in addition to your regularly scheduled pickup. Review a map of the pickup area.
Place refuse out for collection in a container with a tight-fitting lid or in sealed plastic bags/bundles at the curb no earlier than 6 p.m. on the night before collection and no later than 6 a.m. on the day of collection.
